We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join a leading sports retailer in Cotswold Designer Outlet. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with retail leadership experience who is passionate about sports, customer service and developing a successful team.

Key Assistant Manager responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the retail store
• Lead and motivate the retail team to deliver excellent customer service
• Drive sales and performance in line with company targets
• Take responsibility for opening and closing the store as an Assistant Manager
• Maintain high retail standards including visual merchandising and stock control
• Train, coach and develop team members to progress in their retail careers

About you:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader in retail
• Passionate about sports, customer experience and retail operations
• Hands-on, positive and able to lead by example
• Flexible to work weekends and peak retail trading periods
