As the brand continues to experience unprecedented global growth, we are looking for a passionate and commercially-minded Merchandiser to join their high-performing team.

The Role:

This is a key role within the business, supporting the brand's ambitious growth strategy by driving performance through effective stock management, strategic planning, and in-depth trading analysis. Reporting into the Merchandise Manager, you'll work closely with Buying, Planning, E-commerce and Retail teams to ensure the right product is in the right place, at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end merchandising process for your category

• Analyse sales data and trends to inform stock decisions and future buys

• Work closely with Buyers to build commercial and trend-led ranges

• Monitor and manage stock levels to optimise availability and minimise markdown

• Conduct weekly and seasonal trading reviews, proposing actions to maximise sales

• Support international growth through tailored assortment and allocation strategies

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, E-commerce and Retail teams

• Provide clear and insightful reporting to inform strategic decisions

About You:

• Previous experience in a merchandising role within fashion retail

• Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen

• Excellent Excel and data interpretation skills

• Proactive, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• A strong communicator with the confidence to influence at all levels

• Passionate about fashion, trends, and delivering exceptional customer experience
