- Diary management via outlook
- Email management, flagging urgent emails
- Screening calls and dealing with enquiries
- Arranging and attending internal and external meetings taking minutes
- Organising lunches and refreshments
- Responsible for arranging UK and international travel and accommodation
- Preparing agendas
- Assisting with the organisation of staff events
- Raising Purchase orders
- Producing reports via Excel
- Assisting with inductions for new starters and arranging inductions
- Ordering equipment and supplies
- Producing correspondence and presentations via Word and Powerpoint
PA Requirements, skills and experience:- Previous PA experience supporting up to Director Level
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise your workload.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of Microsoft packages.
- A high level of personal and professional discretion.
