A high-growth, brand is seeking a visionary Head of Logistics & Supply Chain to lead and evolve its global operations. This brand has scaled rapidly across international markets-and now needs a commercially astute operator to take its supply chain to the next level.

The Role

This is more than just supply chain leadership-it's about building a future-ready, data-led, and agile operation capable of scaling globally without compromising on quality, speed, or brand values.

You'll take full ownership of the end-to-end supply chain function-from sourcing and freight to inventory planning, tech implementation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global e-2-e supply chain strategy aligned with ambitious growth and commercial goals.

• Lead a multi-region logistics network across air, sea, and land-balancing cost-efficiency with delivery speed and customer satisfaction.

• Own global trade compliance, customs regulations, and risk mitigation strategies across diverse regions.

• Drive data-led decision making, demand forecasting, and agile inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.

• Partner cross-functionally across buying, ecommerce, finance, and tech to ensure seamless operational execution.

• Implement and optimise ERP, WMS, and SCM technologies to enhance visibility, automation, and responsiveness.

• Lead negotiations with suppliers and logistics partners to secure competitive terms while maintaining service excellence.

• Embed sustainability and ethical sourcing across the supply chain, contributing to wider ESG goals.

• Coach and grow a high-performing supply chain team within a fast-paced and collaborative culture.

About You

• You're an experienced supply chain leader with a strong commercial mindset and a track record of scaling operations in a product-driven business.

• You've operated in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment-ideally ecommerce, fashion, or consumer goods.

• You thrive in ambiguity, love solving complex problems, and know how to balance strategy with hands-on execution.

• You're a confident communicator and influencer, able to engage cross-functional teams and external partners with clarity and authority.

Essential Experience

• 4+ years in senior supply chain leadership roles, ideally within international D2C or retail environments

• Deep understanding of global logistics, trade compliance, Incoterms, and customs operations

• Strong ERP/WMS/SCM systems knowledge

• Proven experience leading diverse, distributed teams across geographies

Desirable

• Background in managing supply chains across Asia, North America, the Middle East, and Europe

• Experience working within or alongside freight forwarding or 3PL partners

• A passion for digital commerce and continuous operational improvement
