Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Area Visual Merchandiser to join a global lifestyle brand for a 1 year contract, across the Iberia region.

Our client is a fast-paced high street retailer that are still expanding! You will already be in a area VM role or senior VM within a flagship store. This role is responsible for supporting all retail stores in the region, supporting with training and implementing seasonal strategies based on company global guidelines. This role is hybrid offering 1 day home/local store working, 3 days are field based and 1 day home working. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Area Visual Merchandiser responsibilities:

• Promote product commerciality through innovative in store presentations.
• Utilise sales reports to drive effective floor presentations
• Review performance of product sales, working closely with store managers
• Provide feedback to global teams
• Maintain up to date knowledge of competitors
• Coach and train in store teams on the brand aesthetic and VM practices.

Our Area Visual Merchandiser will have / be:

• Full driving license
• Min 3 years within a store or area visual merchandising role.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills. Second European language desired.
• Team Player
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
• Attention to detail
