The Role
As Exclusive Brands Category Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in setting the direction for the company's exclusive lines. This is not a maintenance role, it's about vision, growth, and impact. You'll be given autonomy to develop and implement strategies that will expand market share, strengthen brand positioning, and maximise long-term value for the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Defining the strategic roadmap for exclusive brands within the portfolio.
Identifying and capitalising on market opportunities to grow share.
Collaborating with commercial, sales, and marketing teams to ensure execution of strategy.
Monitoring category performance and making data-driven decisions to accelerate growth.
Acting as the internal champion for exclusive brands, ensuring alignment across the business.
