We are exclusively partnered with one of the UK's most recognised businesses on an exciting new Finance Manager opportunity. With the investment in IT transformation, digital infrastructure, and convenience channel expansion, it has indirectly created growth for the financial services and mobile division. They are looking for someone to input performance measures and install a growth mindset into the team. This role will be for someone with the ambition to harness the potential this business unit has.
The Role
- Own month-end reporting and performance, delivering accurate, actionable insights
- Produce performance packs and commentary for senior finance and divisional leaders
- Develop models and tools to track financial services and mobile performance
- Lead planning cycles (long-range, annual, short-term) with accurate, aligned forecasts
- Provide variance and trend analysis, highlighting risks, opportunities, and drivers
- Partner with finance and data teams to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reporting quality
- Support investment appraisals and project analysis within the division
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the finance community
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills, with experience producing clear performance reports
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to turn complex data into clear insight for non-finance stakeholders
- Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working with large datasets and multiple stakeholders
- Resilient and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and collaborative approach
