In this pivotal role, the Senior Data Analyst will provide insights and intelligence across the end-to-end supply chain, shaping decision-making and driving measurable improvements in efficiency and performance. You'll be the go-to for deep-dive analytics, meaningful dashboards, and actionable insights that make a tangible difference to the business every single day.

· Collect, analyse, and interpret data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
· Deliver actionable insights to improve performance across supply chain, planning, and operations.
· Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI, SQL, and Python.
· Partner with operational teams to recommend corrective actions and performance improvements.
· Design and refine metrics, KPIs, and frameworks to measure and optimise business outcomes.
· Support business change programmes through robust data modelling and scenario planning.
· Champion best practices in data collection, reporting, and analysis to improve quality and accuracy.About You:
· 3+ years' experience in a data analyst role, ideally within retail, operations, or financial services.
· Advanced skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros), SQL, and Power BI.
· Experience in Python for simulation, optimisation, and data modelling.
· Strong analytical ability with proven track record translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
· Knowledge of statistical techniques and data modelling.
· Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
