As an Assistant Manager, you'll be an integral part of the leadership team, supporting the Store Manager in driving performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of store presentation. Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example to inspire and support the team, ensuring exceptional service and brand standards.
Support the Store Manager with operational excellence and day-to-day management of the store.
Coach, develop and motivate team members to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain effective stock control and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
Be a confident decision-maker and a trusted second-in-command when the Store Manager is absent.
About You:
Previous experience as an Assistant Manager (or strong Supervisor looking to step up) in a premium or luxury retail setting.
A passion for customer service and delivering memorable experiences.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive results through your team.
