Responsibilities of the Junior Ecommerce Executive:
- Manage daily operations of the Shopify store including product uploads, content updates, and visual merchandising
- Optimise product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, images, and SEO updates
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, sales campaigns, and product launches
- Analyse site performance, sales trends, and customer behaviour using Excel and Shopify analytics
- Maintain product and stock data in collaboration with the merchandising team
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and website usability
- Stay up-to-date with ecommerce trends, competitor analysis, and Shopify developments
Key experience and skills needed to succeed as a Junior Ecommerce Executive:
- Experience in ecommerce is ideal, but a strong passion and willingness to learn is essential
- Shopify knowledge preferred but training will be provided
- Confident using Excel for spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Basic SEO and ecommerce analytics understanding is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
