About the Role - Store Manager
This is a hands-on retail management role, perfect for a people-first leader who loves creating an engaging customer experience and driving sales. You'll be responsible for all aspects of store operations including:- Leading your team from the front
- Delivering brilliant customer service every day
- Achieving retail KPIs and managing commercial performance
- Planning rotas, managing payroll, and overseeing stock integrity
- Maintaining a fun, fast, clean, and safe store environment
- Coaching, supporting, and developing your team
- Bringing energy, structure, and passion to the retail floor
What You'll Need:
- Store Manager experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
- A track record of driving commercial results through great people management
- Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Visual merchandising experience is a bonus
- Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and key trading periods
