The Role

As a Retail Analyst, you will play a crucial role in turning complex retail data into actionable insights that help shape key business decisions across stores, channels, and product categories. You'll be at the heart of our data-driven retail strategy - identifying trends, unlocking opportunities, and enabling smarter decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse large and complex datasets to provide insights into retail performance, customer behaviour, and operational efficiency

• Develop dashboards, automated reports, and visualisations using Power BI and Excel to track KPIs and trends

• Support cross-functional teams with data-driven insights on inventory management, sales performance, and store operations

• Monitor and analyse transactional data to identify patterns and opportunities for optimisation

• Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and finance teams to support strategic planning and execution

• Drive continuous improvement in data quality, reporting efficiency, and business intelligence processes

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience analysing large, complex retail datasets

• Strong working knowledge of Power BI and Excel for data visualisation, reporting, and automation

• Solid understanding of retail operations, sales metrics, and inventory management

• Experience working with transactional data and turning raw data into actionable business insights

• Strong commercial acumen with excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
