This is a standalone role where you'll have the freedom - and the responsibility, to shape how they attract, hire, and welcome the brilliant people who make the organisation what it is.
You'll work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues, making sure every recruitment journey feels seamless and inclusive, and that every candidate walks away with a great impression, whether they get the job or not.
What you'll be doing as a Talent Acquisition Manager :
Running the full recruitment process for all non-playing roles - from that first conversation to the final offer.
Working with our marketing team to bring the employer brand to life and showcase what makes them special.
Finding great people in all the right places - whether they're actively job hunting or not.
Making sure the recruitment processes are consistent, inclusive, and candidate-friendly.
Getting the best from the ATS and using data to make smart decisions.
Building strong relationships with agencies and other external partners.
Giving hiring managers the advice, insights, and support they need to hire brilliantly.
Helping to deliver training on safe, fair, and inclusive recruitment.
About you:
You've got solid experience in an in-house recruitment role, ideally with some employer branding work under your belt.
You know how to design and deliver inclusive recruitment strategies that bring in a more diverse range of candidates.
You're proactive, creative, and happy to go beyond job boards to find the right people.
You're confident using ATS platforms and comfortable using recruitment data to guide decisions.
You build great relationships, influence with ease, and work well with people at all levels.
You genuinely care about equality, diversity, and giving candidates a great experience.
If you've worked in professional sport before, that's a bonus but it's definitely not a dealbreaker.
If you love the idea of making a real difference to how an organisation attracts and hires its people and you're ready to put your ideas into action - we'd love to hear from you.
