They are now on the hunt for a talented Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of paid media, affiliate, and performance-driven digital campaigns that deliver measurable results and support the brand's ambitious growth plans.

The Role:
- Lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of performance marketing activity across paid social, PPC, and affiliate channels
- Manage budgets effectively to deliver maximum ROI and growth
- Oversee campaign planning, audience targeting, and creative asset delivery in collaboration with the wider marketing and creative teams
- Use analytics and performance data to refine campaigns and influence broader marketing decisions
- Identify and test new channels, formats, and approaches to drive continual performance improvements
- Collaborate with influencer and content teams to ensure alignment and maximise campaign impact
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure strategies remain innovative and competitive
- Support the development of junior team members and share best practices across the department
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in performance marketing across multiple digital channels, ideally in a consumer or retail brand environment
- Strong experience managing paid social, PPC, and affiliate programmes with measurable success
- Commercially focused with a data-driven approach to campaign optimisation
- Confident communicator able to collaborate effectively with creative, content, and digital colleagues
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for testing and improving marketing performance
