What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day retail operations and performance
- Leading a passionate retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Deputising in the absence of the Store Manager
- Driving store KPIs including sales, ATV, conversion and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and presentation
- Helping build community connections and support local engagement
- Supporting training, coaching and recruitment of the team
- Representing the brand's purpose, values and sustainable mission
What we're looking for:
- Experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a premium or lifestyle retail environment
- Strong commercial awareness and experience working towards targets and KPIs
- A natural leader with a passion for developing and motivating others
- Someone who takes pride in operational excellence and customer service
- A genuine interest in sustainability and ethical retail
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
