About the Role

As Floor Manager, you'll be at the heart of store activity-setting the pace, energising the team, and making sure every customer leaves feeling inspired and supported. You'll be responsible for driving sales, maintaining standards, and creating a positive, performance-focused culture on the shop floor.

Floor Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the floor team to deliver exceptional service and exceed daily sales targets

• Drive team performance through on-the-spot coaching and active floor leadership

• Ensure product availability and visual merchandising standards are consistently strong

• Monitor footfall and traffic trends to deploy resources efficiently throughout the day

• Act as a keyholder and support opening/closing procedures and shift operations

• Promote product knowledge and enthusiasm for sports, fitness, and activewear

• Collaborate with store and assistant managers on team training, development, and feedback

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Sales in a fast-paced retail environment (sport or fashion retail preferred)

• A passion for sports, fitness, or active lifestyles

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to lead by example

• Commercial awareness and an understanding of KPIs, service standards, and store operations
