About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Multichannel Marketing to join a growing retail business at a pivotal moment of transformation. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery across all key marketing touch points.As Head of Multichannel Marketing, you will own and drive the end-to-end customer journey across digital and offline channels. You'll be responsible for ensuring consistency, innovation, and effectiveness in how the brand engages with customers, ultimately driving traffic, conversion, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the multichannel marketing strategy across digital, in-store, and direct-to-consumer activity
Own the performance and evolution of the transactional website, working closely with ecommerce and product teams to drive sales and user experience improvements
Oversee digital marketing campaigns including paid media, SEO, and affiliates
Manage CRM and loyalty programmes, driving customer retention and lifetime value
Lead content and engagement across all social media platforms
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging and delivery
Monitor performance data, report on KPIs, and adapt strategies to optimise results
Inspire and lead a small, growing team-encouraging pace, collaboration, and innovation
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a senior marketing role within retail, ideally with ecommerce experience
Strong knowledge across key channels: website management, digital acquisition, CRM/loyalty, social media, and content
A commercial mindset with a focus on ROI and customer value
Able to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
Experience leading change and building teams in a fast-evolving environment
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
