We're looking for an ambitious and hands-on Operations Manager to take the lead in running a high-performing warehouse and distribution operation just outside of Dublin. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love motivating teams, and take pride in getting things done right this could be your next big move.
What You'll Be Doing as the Operations Manager:
Lead & inspire a skilled warehouse and delivery team to hit performance goals and exceed customer expectations.
Take ownership of daily operations from stock accuracy and vehicle standards to delivery performance and team safety.
Drive improvements across the board: performance, efficiency, safety and service.
Coach and develop your team through regular briefings, hands-on support, and clear communication.
Problem-solve proactively tackle service issues head-on and implement long-term fixes.
Champion compliance and create a safe, secure and high-performing environment for everyone on site.
