The Role:

As Branch Manager, you'll take full ownership of the store's performance, leading a motivated team and ensuring every customer leaves inspired. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment while maximising sales, service, and operational excellence.

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance

• Manage all aspects of daily store operations, from visual merchandising to stock control

• Motivate, train, and develop your team to meet and exceed targets

• Maintain high standards across the store to reflect our premium brand positioning

• Work closely with head office to implement new initiatives and drive local success

About You:

• A confident and experienced Branch Manager or senior retail professional

• Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and developing teams

• Passionate about interiors, lifestyle products, and customer satisfaction

• Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to make things happen
