What you'll be doing:

• Inspire & lead a new team from the ground up

• Create an exceptional customer experience, offering expert product knowledge

• Drive store success through commercial awareness, strong KPI management, and operational excellence

• Ensure effective stock control, compliance, and visual merchandising

• Develop your team with a coaching-first approach

• Report into the Area Manager, sharing insights and driving continuous improvement

What we're looking for:

• Retail leadership experience - Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor

• A passion for the outdoors and enthusiasm for product knowledge

• A proven track record in driving sales and leading high-performing teams

• Strong operational know-how - including P&L, KPIs, and compliance

• Outdoor, footwear, or fashion retail experience is a bonus - but great people leadership is key
