Location: Munich
Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:30-18:00, Saturday until 15:00

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting customers in-store and over the phone

• Managing rentals, renewals, and customer accounts

• Selling useful add-on services (no pushy sales)

• Handling admin and helping the store run smoothly

• Keeping the site clean, safe, and welcoming
