Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:30-18:00, Saturday until 15:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting customers in person and over the phone

• Handling new rentals, renewals, and general account management

• Selling relevant add-on services (no high-pressure sales)

• Managing day-to-day store admin and ensuring smooth operations

• Keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming
