We're looking for an ambitious and hands-on Operations Manager to take the lead in running a high-performing warehouse and distribution operation. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love motivating teams, and take pride in getting things done right - this could be your next big move.
What You'll Be Doing as the Operations Manager:
Lead & inspire a skilled warehouse and delivery team to hit performance goals and exceed customer expectations.
Take ownership of daily operations - from stock accuracy and vehicle standards to delivery performance and team safety.
Drive improvements across the board: performance, efficiency, safety and service.
Coach and develop your team through regular briefings, hands-on support, and clear communication.
Problem-solve proactively - tackle service issues head-on and implement long-term fixes.
Champion compliance and create a safe, secure and high-performing environment for everyone on site.

Proven track record managing warehouse and logistics teams in a busy, deadline-driven setting.

Strong communication skills - able to work with different teams, functions and personalities.
