Your responsibilities as Store Manager:
- Take full ownership of daily store operations, ensuring an outstanding customer journey
- Inspire and lead your team by example to create a welcoming and luxury retail environment
- Handle key HR responsibilities such as recruitment, training, development, and payroll
- Build a high-performing team culture through coaching, feedback, and motivation
- Monitor sales trends and stock performance to maximise results and profitability
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure compliance with brand and health & safety standards
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Store Managerin a premium/luxury retail environment is preferred
- A background in jewellery or accessorieswould be an advantage!
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience in new store openings is highly desirable
