Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day store operations.
Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and hit sales targets.

Act as a role model on the shop floor-delivering style, service, and professionalism.
Step up as acting manager in the Store Manager's absence.

Previous retail experience in a leadership role (Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager)
