(Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week)
Hybrid: 4 days on-site (subject to business needs)Are you a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded organisation seeking a confident and experienced EA to provide exceptional support to a group of senior Directors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, who enjoys managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and acting as a trusted partner to leadership.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
Providing executive support to 5-6 Group Directors, acting as the key point of contact.
Managing busy, ever-changing diaries.
Organising and supporting meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
Coordinating projects and tracking progress on key initiatives.
Arranging comprehensive travel plans and itineraries.
Supporting Board and Committee meetings, including governance logistics and NED arrangements.
Assisting with Board Secretary responsibilities when required.
Maintaining accurate, confidential records and document systems.
Organising events, team workshops, and occasional team-building activities.
