• Lead and motivate a workshop team
• Oversee repairs and diagnostics, ensuring high quality
• Deliver excellent customer service in a busy retail environment
• Manage stock, workshop systems, and performance targets
• Coach and develop team members
• Support sustainability by promoting repair, reuse, and recycling
• Be part of the store's retail leadership team

Who you are:

• Experienced senior mechanic or retail manager
• Cytech Level 2 or equivalent practical experience (bonus)
• Confident diagnosing faults and leading quality repairs
• Strong communicator and natural leader
• Organised, with good knowledge of workshop stock & systems
• Passionate about bikes, cycling, and sustainability
