- Lead and motivate a workshop team
- Oversee repairs and diagnostics, ensuring high quality
- Deliver excellent customer service in a busy retail environment
- Manage stock, workshop systems, and performance targets
- Coach and develop team members
- Support sustainability by promoting repair, reuse, and recycling
- Be part of the store's retail leadership team
Who you are:
- Experienced senior mechanic or retail manager
- Cytech Level 2 or equivalent practical experience (bonus)
- Confident diagnosing faults and leading quality repairs
- Strong communicator and natural leader
- Organised, with good knowledge of workshop stock & systems
- Passionate about bikes, cycling, and sustainability
