What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the business with day-to-day retail operations and performance
- Leading a passionate retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Driving store KPIs including sales, ATV, conversion and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and presentation
- Helping build community connections and support local engagement
- Supporting training, coaching and recruitment of the team

What we're looking for:
- Experience as a Store Manager within a retail fashion, footwear or accessory setting
