Your responsibilities as Assistant Manager:
- Lead the team to deliver brilliant service across all areas of the retail store
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations, stock, and back-of-house
- Motivate and coach the team to achieve KPIs and hit sales targets
- Take ownership of recruitment, training, and development of your team
- Deliver strong visual merchandising and uphold brand presentation standards
- Step up when the Store Manager is away - you'll be confident taking full responsibility
- Bring positive energy, clear communication, and a hands-on approach every day
Who you are:
- Experienced Assistant Manager, Floor Manager or Department Manager in a fast-moving retail setting
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing others
- Strong commercial understanding with experience managing KPIs and P&L
- Enthusiastic about delivering amazing customer experiences in a fashion-led retail environment
- Confident, positive, and able to lead by example
