What you'll be doing:
Leading and motivating a small, passionate team as Showroom Manager, delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.
Providing warm, professional, and knowledgeable consultations on a range of products - from homeware to limited-edition pieces.
Driving showroom sales, hitting realistic but challenging targets, and building strong relationships with loyal and new clients.
Creating a beautifully presented space - visual merchandising, hanging artwork, and ensuring everything is showroom ready.
Playing a hands-on role in all areas of retail operations, from day-to-day store management to hosting occasional events.
What we're looking for:
A positive, engaging, and people-first leader with experience in retail or showroom management.
Someone with an eye for detail, a flair for presentation, and a real passion for selling.
A confident communicator - both face-to-face and over the phone - who thrives in a client-facing role.
