This is your chance to step into a hands-on role at one of the UK's fastest-growing sportswear brands, where performance meets street, and design drives everything.As Product Development Assistant, you'll work side-by-side with the Product Development and Design teams - gaining end-to-end exposure, building strong supplier relationships, and playing a key role in bringing collections to life.

What You'll Get Stuck Into:
Supporting designers and developers through every stage of the product cycle - from concept through to production
Updating tech packs with construction, fit, and trim notes
Measuring, inspecting, and reviewing samples from proto through to pre-production
Taking ownership of sample management - organising deliveries, dispatches, and sample room upkeep
Assisting with critical path maintenance and chasing updates from suppliers
Helping review lab dips, trims, strike-offs, care labels and so much more
Developing technical product knowledge - from fabrics and trims to costings and construction techniques
Shadowing fit sessions, weekly calendar meetings, and supplier reviews to deepen your understanding of the product journey
Liaising daily with suppliers and vendors - building strong, collaborative relationships from day one
Supporting compliance and ensuring all products meet legislative standards
