Credit Controller Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager, you will act as a vital link between Sales and Finance, supporting a range of operational functions including:
Managing customer relationships and account queries
Maintaining accurate records of payments and credit status
Analysing payment patterns and producing insightful reports
Processing credit applications and making decisions
Supporting a diverse, collaborative team across departments
As the role grows, so will your exposure to more advanced financial responsibilities and reporting.
Credit Controller Skills:
Curious, detail-oriented, and keen to learn
A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical thinking
Comfortable working with multiple currencies and customer accounts
A natural communicator with strong Excel and general IT skills
Ideally familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Excited to build a meaningful career in Finance
Excellent written and spoken English (additional EU languages a plus)
A positive mindset and team-focused attitude
