Your Role as the Senior Assistant Merchandiser:

You'll be part of a high-performing product team, supporting critical trading decisions and driving stock efficiency across multiple categories. You'll work alongside experienced merchandisers and buyers, gaining exposure across the full product lifecycle - from planning to post-season analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Monday trade reporting - analysing sales, identifying risks, and influencing action

• Forecast sales and stock, manage line cards, and support seasonal buy planning

• Manage the stock flow process: from raising POs to tracking intake and delivery

• Monitor freight budgets, supplier timelines, and intake plans

• Deliver ad hoc insight to support commercial teams

• Contribute to post-season analysis and strategic planning

• Support and mentor our Merchandising Admin Assistant

• Build trusted relationships across Buying, Ecommerce, Marketing, and Logistics

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in merchandising - either as an Assistant Merchandiser or an experienced MAA ready to take the next step

• Commercial mindset with strong numerical and analytical skills

• Comfortable with Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)

• Highly organised, detail-driven and proactive

• A confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
