Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Oversee all aspects of retail store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and health & safety compliance
- Drive commercial performance, ensuring the store meets and exceeds KPIs
- Recruit, train, and support a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure high presentation standards on the retail shop floor
- Manage store opening and closing procedures
