We're looking for a motivated and hands-on leader to open and drive success at our brand-new Birmingham location. Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead the successful opening and day-to-day running of the new Birmingham store
Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Manage all retail operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance
Take full P&L responsibility, ensuring strong sales and profitability
Drive recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to create a motivated and skilled team
Maintain excellent store standards in line with brand expectations
Adapt quickly to the challenges and opportunities of a new store launch and peak trading periods
About You:
Proven experience in retail management, ideally including new store openings or start-ups
Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and team development
Hands-on, proactive approach to driving sales and operational excellence
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving targets
