The Role
As a Wholesale Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for managing and expanding wholesale accounts across the UK. From seasonal showrooms to in-season business support, you'll play a vital role in building long-term partnerships, driving sales performance, and ensuring the brand is represented with excellence at every level.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Development
- Manage a portfolio of existing wholesale accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
- Lead seasonal sales campaigns.
- Present collections, negotiate terms, and support partners in their seasonal buys.
Strategic Support
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership on sales strategy, territory planning, and revenue targets.
- Partner with internal teams across Brand, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align on company goals.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure accurate order processing and client follow-up via CRM systems.
- Maintain detailed records of contacts, feedback, and sales performance.
- Prepare weekly and seasonal reporting with actionable insights.
Market Insight
- Stay current on competitor activity, retail trends, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to help shape future collections and go-to-market strategy.
About You
- 3-5 years' experience in a fashion wholesale role
- A strong network within UK and/or international wholesale markets is a plus
- Proven ability to build relationships and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Data-driven, organised, and commercially savvy
- Confident using Excel and CRM platforms
- Comfortable with travel during sales campaigns
