Zachary Daniels is recruiting a dynamic Concession Manager to join a luxury accessories brand for this exciting new opening within a prestigious department store in the Manchester City centre. This role is a 6 Month contract. If you are currently an Assistant Manager or Store Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a global brand rich in heritage.

Key responsibilities of an Concession Manager:
- Train, motivate, and develop the retail team of 4 to ensure high performance.
- Deliver an outstanding luxury retail experience by leading by example on the shop floor.
- Manage daily store operations, including stock control, store merchandising, and team performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting to senior management.
- Build relationships within the store
What we are looking for:
- Experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager within a customer focused luxury or premium retail environment
- A passionate and inspiring individual
- Previous experience driving CRM
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet retail targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
