As Showroom Manager, you'll be the face of the brand, leading from the front, engaging clients, and ensuring every visit is memorable.
The ideal candidate will come from a consultative environment in either interiors, fashion, beauty or jewellery.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and meet showroom targets.
Create a warm, inviting space where customers feel supported and inspired throughout their interiors journey.
Take ownership of showroom performance - from KPIs and budgets to visual standards and customer satisfaction.
Offer expert interiors advice, guiding customers through products, finishes, and design solutions.
Drive business growth through outstanding client relationships and repeat custom.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Showroom Manager or in a senior retail role within interiors, homeware, design, or a lifestyle brand.
A strong commercial understanding of KPIs, budgeting, and how to grow a successful showroom.
Someone confident working with high-ticket items and offering consultative sales.
A passion for interiors and a natural ability to inspire both customers and team members.
