We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to join a well-established fashion retail brand in Aldeburgh. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Store Manager to lead a busy retail store, inspire a great team, and help drive continued growth.

Key responsibilities:
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the store's daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and lead your team to hit sales targets and maintain high retail standards.

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running
• Lead, coach and motivate your retail team to achieve sales goals
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Monitor store performance and implement strategies for growth
