Zachary Daniels is recruiting a General Manager for a premium fast-paced restaurant in Goole. With a salary of up to £32,000 plus an incredible bonus scheme and benefits, we are looking for a General Manager Manager that is passionate about delivering a world-class experience for their customers and creating a fantastic environment for their team.

As a General Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Driving customer service standards in your site.
• Driving sales and ensuring site profitability.
• Training, coaching and developing your team.
• Maintain company and brand standards as well as adhere to H&S guidelines.
• Achieving store and company KPI's.
• Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.

The ideal candidate General Manager:

• Have a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy being on the floor - No sitting in the office for you!
• Be able to demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be target-driven and customer service-oriented
• Be highly motivated and ambitious.
