Junior Events Manager | North London | Hybrid (4 days in office) | International Travel | Competitive Salary
The Opportunity
A globally recognised consumer brand is looking for a Junior Events Manager to help deliver standout international events across Europe and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the early stages of their events career who's looking to gain exposure, take on more responsibility and grow within a high-performing, global team.
You'll play a key role in bringing global brand experiences to life, coordinating logistics, working cross-functionally, and supporting delivery from planning through to on-site execution. The role includes international travel and exciting experiences, but also requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and comfort with the admin-heavy, practical side of events. When not travelling, you'll work from the North London office four days a week.
This is not a strategic events role, it's a delivery-focused position suited to someone with excellent coordination skills, a solid work ethic, and the motivation to learn and grow. The Role
As Junior Events Manager, you will support and manage the end-to-end execution of events across Europe, ensuring logistics, materials, timelines and on-site coordination all run smoothly. You'll work closely with internal teams across marketing, sales and product, as well as external agencies and vendors. You'll also provide on-site support at events, including setup and teardown.
This role would suit someone who has already worked on events, but also brings experience from operations, logistics, or working with data, someone who's highly organised, detail-oriented and thrives on keeping things moving.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the planning and execution of global events across Europe
* Coordinating event logistics, materials, travel and key timelines
* Managing cross-functional communication with sales, marketing, product and creative teams
* Collaborating with external vendors, agencies and event organisers
* Ensuring brand consistency across events and markets
* Supporting the development of presentations, collateral and on-site materials
* Providing on-site support during events including setup, breakdown and real-time troubleshooting
* Conducting post-event evaluations and reporting on performance, impact and learnings
* Being based in the North London office 4 days per week when not travelling
* Travelling internationally up to 50 percent of the time
The Person
You've got 1-3 years of experience in events, perhaps in an assistant or coordinator capacity and are now looking for that next step. You're well-organised, practical, and know how to manage multiple moving parts. You're also comfortable working with data, timelines and spreadsheets, with a sharp eye for detail.
You might come from a background that includes logistics, operations or administration alongside events, and that structured mindset helps you manage workload and anticipate issues before they arise. You're realistic about the fact that events are hard work, they involve travel, yes, but also packing, admin, moving equipment and being the one who keeps everything running behind the scenes.
You'll bring:
* 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or delivery
* Confidence managing timelines, logistics and detailed admin
* Experience working with spreadsheets, budgets and documentation
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* A flexible, proactive and team-oriented mindset
* The ability to travel internationally and be away from home regularly
* Availability to work in the North London office 4 days per week when not travelling
* Experience in operations, logistics or working with data is a strong plus
* Exposure to consumer brands, trade shows or product launches is helpful but not essentialBBBH33742
