Sales Director - Europe | London + Extensive Travel | Premium Footwear | Salary up to £200k Basic + Bonus

A globally recognised, premium lifestyle brand is seeking a commercially minded and strategically driven Sales Director - Europe to lead its regional business.

With a strong heritage and an international customer base, the brand is known for its premium women's footwear, commitment to ethical production, and distinctive, purpose led identity. As Sales Director - Europe, you'll have full P&L responsibility for the region and will lead the commercial strategy across wholesale, DTC, distribution and regional partnerships - working closely with global leadership while shaping the European vision locally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial growth strategy for Europe across all sales channels

  • Build and nurture relationships with key retail, distributor, and wholesale partners

  • Own the regional P&L, budget planning, and business forecasting

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams across Product, Marketing, and Operations

  • Represent the brand across the region, acting as a cultural and strategic ambassador

  • Identify new growth opportunities and regional partnerships

  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional team

  • Ensure the brand's values - particularly around sustainability, quality and connection to the female customer- are reflected in all activity

About You

To succeed as Sales Director - Europe, you'll be a dynamic commercial leader with a strong track record in the footwear, fashion or accessories sector. You understand what it takes to build brand presence across diverse European markets and have the credibility to influence at board level while inspiring teams on the ground.

You'll likely have:

  • Proven experience at senior commercial or general management level

  • Deep understanding of the premium lifestyle and women's fashion/footwear market

  • Strong wholesale background with hands-on sales leadership

  • Multimarket experience across Europe and willingness to travel regularly

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and team-building skills

  • A strategic mindset paired with an entrepreneurial spirit

  • A genuine passion for responsible fashion and customer-led brands
