We're seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of a fast-paced retail store. Key Responsibilities as an Assistant Manager:

* Contribute to merchandising, stock control, and inventory processes
* Maintain visual standards and ensure operational excellence throughout the store
* Act as the store lead in the Store Manager's absence, handling opening/closing duties and team coordination
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, supervisor, or team leader in a retail setting
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A proactive, solution-focused approach to challenges
* Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
* Retail Management experience
* Able to speak fluently in English and French
* A keen interest in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle products
