We're hiring for an experienced, driven Store Manager to lead our Newcastle store - a fast-paced, high-profile, multi-brand location with a strong customer base and big potential. Your Role as Store Manager
As Store Manager, you'll lead by example and create a positive, energetic culture that delivers results. This is a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are the same.
Your key responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing retail team
Deliver an exceptional customer experience every day
Drive commercial success using KPIs, data and strong retail strategy
Own store operations including stock control, compliance and visual merchandising
Recruit, train and develop team members to progress within the business
Collaborate with head office and regional teams to deliver brand standards
We're Looking For:
A proven Store Manager or Retail Manager from fashion, lifestyle or large-format retail
Hands-on leadership style focused on team engagement and results
Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs and P&L
Excellent customer service standards and people skills
Organised, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
An interest in fashion, lifestyle or outdoor retail is a big plus
