About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll be leading from the front, supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store. You'll be hands-on with the team, driving performance, delivering amazing customer experiences, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager with operations and store performance
- Lead and inspire your team with energy and enthusiasm
- Drive customer service and standards through a hands-on approach
- Take ownership of visual merchandising, stock processes, and team training

- Keep the store compliant, safe, and operational at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor
