The Role
Reporting into the Credit Control Manager, you'll play a key role supporting cash collection, customer relationships, and credit decision-making. This is a broad, hands-on role that interacts across finance, sales, and operations.
Responsibilities include:
Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payments
Allocating payments and reconciling accounts
Reviewing credit applications and setting credit limits
Building strong relationships with both customers and internal teams
Monitoring overdue balances and resolving payment queries
Producing reports and analysing payment performance across global markets
What You'll Bring

High standard of Excel and general system literacy
