Zachary Daniels are currently seeking a highly capable and results-driven Logistics Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact, time-sensitive operational projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across business units and external partners, you'll play a key role in driving change and delivering measurable value.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments and is confident managing projects from initiation through to successful completion.
The project will involve warehouse consolidation with a potential new site opening.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely completion.
Logistics Optimization:
- Analyze logistics operations and propose improvements for cost reduction and efficiency.
- Collaborate with 3PL providers, transportation partners, and internal stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication among internal departments (procurement, warehouse, finance, etc.).
- Provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
Risk & Compliance:
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare dashboards/reports.
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in delivering operational projects within complex, matrixed environments.
A background in change management or transformation initiatives.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive collaboration.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A hands-on, pragmatic approach with strong attention to detail.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.
An operational or business process background is advantageous.
