HR Business Partner | Distribution Centre | Salary up to £55,000
Zachary Daniels is partnering with a prominent retailer to recruit a skilled HR Business Partner to support one of their busy Distribution Centres. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving the people strategy within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
The Role
As HR Business Partner, you'll be instrumental in championing the people agenda across the site. You will:
Build strong, trusted relationships with managers and senior leaders
Coach and support leadership teams, providing challenge and guidance where needed
Handle day-to-day HR issues with professionalism and efficiency
Advise on all aspects of performance, employee relations, and talent management
Support and drive business-wide change initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a commercially astute HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience as a HR Generalist, preferably within retail or a similarly dynamic sector
Strong background in employee relations and stakeholder management
CIPD qualification (preferred, not essential)
Proven experience working across corporate or head office functions
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
Excellent influencing and communication skills
A solutions-focused approach with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
A passion for embedding values and culture across teams
