Marketing & Communications Manager | PE-Backed Growth Business
We're working with a high-growth, PE-backed business looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead both internal and external communications.
This is a broad and impactful role where you'll shape messaging across employee engagement, internal channels, and external brand and marketing activity. You'll be part of a central team working closely with leadership and key departments to bring consistency, clarity, and creativity to all comms.
Key responsibilities:
Lead internal comms and employee engagement strategy
Create compelling content across multiple channels
Support employer brand and marketing campaigns
Work with senior leaders on messaging and updates
Manage relationships and internal platforms
What we're looking for:
Strong experience across internal comms and marketing
Excellent writing and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
