Zachary Daniels are looking for a hands-on, high-impact Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a warehouse and delivery operation for one of our clients in the Dublin area.
This is more than a day-to-day ops role. You'll take full ownership of our fast-moving distribution function - shaping systems, building a high-performing team, and making sure every order gets where it needs to be, on time and to our standards.
You'll lead from the front, roll up your sleeves when needed, and drive real results through strong leadership, sharp analysis, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead a strong, motivated team across a manual warehouse and delivery functions
- Set clear goals, coach your team, and drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Own operational performance - from inventory accuracy to delivery success rates
- Oversee safety, compliance, and security protocols across the warehouse
- Proactively address service issues and implement long-term fixes
- Hold daily briefings and team updates to align around KPIs and evolving priorities
- Work closely with leadership and logistics stakeholders to support business goals
